- 1 l/2 Cups potatoes, chunks
- 4 cup water or light broth
- 1 l/2 Cups chopped pale celery
- 5 cup cauliflower, l head
- 1 small onion
- 1 Whole clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Pinch of fresh ground pepper
- 1. Cook potatoes and celery in water or broth until done.
