  • 1 l/2 Cups potatoes, chunks
  • 4 cup water or light broth
  • 1 l/2 Cups chopped pale celery
  • 5 cup cauliflower, l head
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Whole clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pinch of fresh ground pepper
