Creamy Baked Pork Chops

  • 6 whole pork chops
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 2 whole eggs, beaten
  • 0.3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cup Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 10 0.8 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.3 cup white wine

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Season pork chops with garlic powder and seasoning salt.

    Dredge chops lightly in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with bread crumbs.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chops 5 minutes per side, until breading is well browned.

    Transfer chops to a 9x13-inch baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour.

    While baking, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk and white wine. Pour over chops for the last 15 minutes of baking, uncovered.
