  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp erythritol

Instructions

    Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

    Preheat the griddle to medium heat.

    Spray griddle top with cooking spray.

    Pour 1/4 cup of batter on hot griddle top and cook for 2 minutes.

    Flip pancake and cook for 1 minute.
