Cranberry Salad
A festive cold salad of fresh chopped cranberries with sugar, pineapple, and pecans folded into whipped cream and marshmallows — perfect for the holidays.

- 24 oz fresh cranberries (2 bags)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 7 oz miniature marshmallows

Coarsely chop cranberries in a food processor. Combine with sugar in a large bowl; refrigerate 12 hours.

Whip cream to stiff peaks. Add pineapple and pecans to cranberries; mix well.
