  • 1 lb lump crabmeat, picked clean
  • 0.5 cup scallions, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup chopped pimentos
  • 1 count egg yolk
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 4 count artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, divided
  • 0.3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.3 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Combine crabmeat, scallions, bell pepper, pimentos, egg yolk, dry mustard, artichoke hearts, paprika, salt, pepper, and half the mayonnaise. Mix well.

    Spoon into four individual 1-cup baking dishes.

    Spread remaining mayonnaise over each dish.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and golden. Serve immediately.
