  • 6 Chicken breasts 1/2 c Onion, chopp ed
  • 0.5 cup Celery, chopped 3 tablespoons of Bu tter
  • 3 tbsp of White wine, dry

  • 0.5 cup Herb stuffing mix 2 tablespoons o-fp Aulrlpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika 1 pk Hollandaise sauce mix
  • 0.8 cup Milk 2 tablespoons of White wine, dry
  • 0.5 cup Swiss cheese, shredded 1i npch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions

    Skin & bone chicken breasts; pound to flatten. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Cook onion and

    celery in 3 tablespoons of butter until tender. Remove from heat; add 3 tablespoons of wine, the crab
