Crab Loaf
A delicate baked crab loaf with celery, red and green bell peppers, Old Bay seasoning, and buttered bread cubes on top — simple, light, and satisfying.

- 1 lb crab meat
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cup chopped celery
- 0.3 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 0.3 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 0.3 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 2 slice buttered bread, cubed

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together crab, eggs, celery, peppers, salt, baking powder, and Old Bay seasoning.
