Crab Loaf

A delicate baked crab loaf with celery, red and green bell peppers, Old Bay seasoning, and buttered bread cubes on top — simple, light, and satisfying.

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 0.3 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 0.3 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 slice buttered bread, cubed

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Mix together crab, eggs, celery, peppers, salt, baking powder, and Old Bay seasoning.

    Place in a greased loaf pan. Top with buttered bread cubes.
