- 3 0.5 yellow squash
- 0.8 cup of corn meal
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- 0.5 tsp of salt
- 0.3 tsp of black pepper

Vegetable oil Mix meal, sugar, salt and pepper. Dredge each piece of squash in mixture. Pour 1/2 inch oil in pan and heat. Add squash carefully and pan fry until golden brown.
