- 2 lb. corned beef brisket
- 3 onions, cut into quarters
- 1 small head of cabbage, cut into wedges
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions

Place carrots into bottom of crock pot.

Add corned beef brisket & onions.
- 3
Mix together water, sugar, garlic powder, & salt.

Pour into crock pot.

Cover & cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours.

Add cabbage wedges to crock pot & push down into liquid.

Turn crock pot on high & cook 3 more hours.
