- 1 cup flour
- 0.8 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon melted
- butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking
- powder

Sift the flour and meal together.

Add the cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

In another bowl, beat the egg and add the milk to it.
