  • 3/4 cup Oleo
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 -1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup corn meal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

    Cream Oleo and sugar in large bowl.

    Add egg and beat well.

  3. 3

    Stir in the remainder of ingredients to sugar and Oleo. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Drop from a teaspoonful on a greased cookie sheet.

  5. 5

    Bake 15 minutes until lightly brown.

  6. 6

    Slightly cool on cookie sheet before removing them.
