Cordon Bleu Casserole

  • 2 lb skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten with 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz ham, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp oil for browning

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Dip chicken chunks in the egg-milk mixture, then coat thoroughly with bread crumbs.

    Brown chicken in a small amount of oil in a skillet until golden. Transfer to a baking dish.
