- 2 lb skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg beaten with 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz Swiss cheese, cubed
- 8 oz ham, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp oil for browning

Preheat oven to 350°F. Dip chicken chunks in the egg-milk mixture, then coat thoroughly with bread crumbs.

Brown chicken in a small amount of oil in a skillet until golden. Transfer to a baking dish.
