- 12 oz package spaghetti 1 t salt

- 2 lb ground beef 1 t chili powder
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped 1/2 t pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped 1/4 t garlic powder

- 2 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained 1/8 t cayenne pepper

- 8 oz can tomato sauce 3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- 2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat
- 3. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, brown sugar, salt, chili powder, pepper, garlic powder
- 4. Drain spaghetti; add to the beef mixture. Transfer to a greased 13 by 9 inch baking dish.
- 5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- 6. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.
