Company Shrimp Casserole

  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 0.5 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 dash red pepper
  • 3 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • 2 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 0.3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 0.3 cup dry sherry
  • 1 tsp paprika, for garnish

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Sauté celery and green pepper in butter until soft.

    Combine sautéed vegetables with rice, red pepper, shrimp, soup, almonds, and sherry in a greased 2-quart baking dish.

    Garnish with paprika.

    Bake for 20–30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
