  • 1 each (2 1/2 oz.) jar Armour® Star Sliced Dried Beef, rinsed, chopped
  • 1 each C. sliced mushrooms
  • 4 each T. butter or margarine
  • 6 each eggs
  • 1/3 each C. milk
  • 1 each T. chopped parsley

Instructions

    In fry pan, cook dried beef and mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter or margarine 10 minutes.

    Remove mixture, keeping warm.

  3. 3

    Add remaining butter or margarine to pan.

  4. 4

    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour into pan.

  5. 5

    Cook slowly, stirring until eggs are thickened but moist; remove to serving platter.

    Top with dried beef mixture; sprinkle with parsley.

    Makes 4 servings.
