Company Chicken Casserole
Chicken fryer pieces arranged over Stove Top stuffing, smothered in French onion and cream of mushroom soups thinned with water and dotted with butter—simple but elegant.

- 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
- 9 piece chicken fryer pieces
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water (1 soup can)
- 1 stick butter, cut into pats
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Spread the stuffing mix evenly over the bottom of the casserole dish.

Arrange chicken pieces on top of the stuffing.

Combine both cans of soup and the water; pour evenly over the chicken.

Dot with butter pats. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake for 1½ hours until chicken is cooked through and tender. Serve with potatoes.
