- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 28 oz canned crushed tomatoes
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 0.3 cup sour cream
- 0.3 cup sliced green onions
- 0.5 lb dry spaghetti

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook spaghetti until al dente; drain and toss with a little olive oil.

Brown ground beef in a saucepan. Add garlic and cook briefly. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, and basil. Simmer 20 minutes.

Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and green onions in a bowl.

In a greased 13x9-inch baking dish, layer half the spaghetti, all the cheese mixture, then remaining spaghetti.

Pour meat sauce over the top.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
