- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp water
- 0.5 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp minced onion
- 1 can (8 oz) jellied cranberry sauce
- 0.8 cup chili sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 0.5 tsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, egg, water, bread crumbs, and minced onion. Shape into small 1-inch meatballs.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.

In a slow cooker or large saucepan over low heat, blend together cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice.

Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 1 hour before serving.
