  • 4 lb headless jumbo shrimp, peeled
  • 1 count lemon, divided
  • 2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 count cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Place peeled shrimp side by side in a glass baking dish, ensuring they are in a single layer.

    Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over the shrimp. Slice the remaining half lemon into thin rounds and place in the dish.

    Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add finely chopped garlic, salt, and parsley to the butter. Stir to combine.

    Sprinkle cayenne pepper over the shrimp, then pour the butter-garlic mixture evenly over them.
