Classic Cobb Salad

- 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
- 0.5 head iceberg lettuce
- 0.5 bunch watercress
- 0.5 head romaine lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced
- 6 strips crispy bacon, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, cut into small pieces
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 0.5 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup French dressing

Cut iceberg, watercress, chicory, and romaine finely and arrange in a salad bowl.

Arrange tomatoes over the greens. Add diced chicken.

Sprinkle chopped bacon over the salad.

Arrange avocado pieces around the edge of the salad.

Decorate by sprinkling chopped eggs, chives, and crumbled Roquefort over the top.

Just before serving, toss thoroughly with French dressing.
