  • 24 clams littleneck clams, scrubbed
  • 0.3 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup bottled marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp scallions, chopped

    Scrub clams well under cold running water.

    Place clams in a microwave-safe dish with the white wine. Microwave on high 3 to 5 minutes until shells open. Discard any unopened clams.

    Combine marinara sauce, cilantro, and scallions in a bowl. Spoon over opened clams.

    Microwave on medium-high for 2 minutes to warm the sauce through. Serve immediately.
