Clam Loaf

Simple clam and pork sausage loaf baked in a loaf pan. Can be served hot or cold.

  • 1 can minced clams, drained
  • 1 each egg
  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 1 cup soda cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Drain and mince clams.

    Combine all ingredients and form into a loaf.

    Bake in a loaf pan for 40 minutes.

    Serve hot or cold.
