Clam and Corn Chowder (1)

A simple and quick clam and corn chowder made with minced clams, creamed corn, milk, and dill - a classic comforting bowl.

  • 1 whole small yellow onion, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 0.5 oz can minced clams
  • 17 oz can cream style corn
  • 1 can milk (use the corn can to measure)
  • 1 to taste salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed

Instructions

    Saute onion in butter until soft but not turning color.

    Combine remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Serve with lots of pepper.
