Cider Pork Stew

- 2 lb boneless pork, cubed
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp dried thyme
- 0.3 tsp black pepper
- 6 whole carrots, sliced
- 4 whole potatoes, quartered
- 2 whole onions, sliced
- 1 whole apple, chopped
- 2 cup apple cider
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 0.3 cup flour for thickening
Instructions

Combine flour, salt, thyme, and pepper; toss with pork cubes to coat.

Place carrots, potatoes, onion, and apple in the bottom of the crockpot.

Top with the seasoned pork cubes.

Combine apple cider and vinegar; pour over the meat.

Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.

Turn cooker to high. Blend remaining flour with cold water until smooth. Stir into the cooking liquid.

Cover and cook 15 more minutes, or until thickened. Season to taste before serving.
