- 2 pounds of ground beef
- 2 cups of cornbread crumbs
- 3/4 cup of minced onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped green pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of horseradish
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of catsup or thick tomato pulp
- 1 teaspoon of dried mustard
Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients together and form into a loaf.

Spread additional catsup on top

Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
