- 0.3 cup heavy cream, 1.7
- 1 oz cream cheese, 1
- 2 tsp vanilla extract, 3
- 4 pkts Splenda, 2
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp unsw. cocoa powder, 3
- 1 tbsp raspberry syrup
- 6 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly, until ice no longer "rattles." Total 10 carbs (8 NET carbs). Serves 2 @ 5 carb Quick Strawberry Ice Cream
