Chocolate Pecan Pie

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 0.5 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup light brown sugar
  • 0.3 cup pure cane syrup
  • 0.3 cup corn syrup
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Spread pecan pieces and chocolate chips evenly on the bottom of the pie shell.

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, both sugars, cane syrup, corn syrup, vanilla, and salt.

    Pour the filling over the pecans and chocolate.

    Bake for about 1 hour or until the filling sets.
