Chocolate Mousse Cake
Layers of chocolate sponge cake and mousse.

- 6 each Eggs
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
- 0.3 cup Cocoa powder
- 8 oz Dark chocolate
- 2 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Whisk eggs and sugar over double boiler until warm.

Remove from heat and fold in flour and cocoa powder.

Pour into greased 9-inch cake pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Cool completely.

For mousse, melt chocolate over double boiler.

Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.

Fold whipped cream into chocolate.

Fold in vanilla extract.

Spread mousse over cooled cake.
