CHOCOLATE KAHLUA CAKE

  • 1 each (18.25 oz.) box devil's food cake mix
  • 1 each (1 oz.) box sugar-free instant

Instructions

    chocolate pudding mix 1 C. nonfat vanilla yogurt 1/4 C. vegetable oil 1/3 C. skim milk 1 large egg 3 large egg whites 1/3 C.

    Kahlúa liqueur 1/3 C. semisweet chocolate chips Cocoa Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and dust with cocoa.

    Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in a large bowl.

    Beat with mixer for 2 minutes or until well blended.

    Stir in chocolate chips.

    Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in middle comes out clean.
