Chocolate Icing

- 3 Tbs. margarine or butter
- 2 Tbs. milk
- 0.5 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbs. cocoa
- 1 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
Instructions

Mix all ingredients except confectioners sugar. Stir in half of the sugar. Beat well. Stir in rest of the sugar, as needed, to make an icing that will stay on cake and spread well. Put on cooled cake. Dale’s Recipe Book Page 84
