Chocolate Fondue Three Ways
Three fondue pots of high-quality chocolate melted in warm cream, each spiked with a different liqueur — crème de menthe, Nocello, and Grand Marnier — served with pound cake, fruit, cookies, and biscotti.

- 3 lb high-quality chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 0.3 cup heavy cream
- 1 dash crème de menthe
- 1 dash Nocello
- 1 dash Grand Marnier
- 1 as needed bite-size pound cake pieces
- 1 as needed shortbread cookies
- 1 as needed biscotti
- 1 as needed coconut macaroons
- 1 as needed large strawberries with stems
- 1 as needed bananas, sliced

Place 1 pound of chocolate in each of three fondue pots set to medium heat.

In a saucepan, heat the cream to a simmer. Remove from heat and pour 1/3 of the cream over each pot of chocolate.

Whisk each pot until smooth. Splash a different liqueur into each pot (crème de menthe, Nocello, Grand Marnier) and whisk until smooth.

Serve the fondues with various dipping garnishes — pound cake, cookies, biscotti, macaroons, strawberries, and bananas.
