  • 1/2 cup corn oil
  • 4 squares (4 ounces) unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar

Instructions

    MIX oil, chocolate, sugar

    BLEND in 1 egg at a time until well mixed

    ADD vanilla

  4. 4

    STIR in salt, flour, baking powder

  5. 5

    CHILL several hours or overnight

  6. 6

    HEAT oven to 350°F

  7. 7

    DROP teaspoonful of dough into confectioners' sugar

  8. 8

    ROLL around and SHAPE into a ball

  9. 9

    PLACE about 2-inches apart on greased baking sheet

  10. 10

    BAKE 10 to 12 minutes
