Chocolate Christmas Truffles

- 0.5 cup whipping cream
- 0.3 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 2 tbsp coffee liqueur
- 1 0.5 tsp instant coffee crystals
- 12 oz package semisweet chocolate pieces
- 0.3 cup butter
- 0.3 cup sifted cocoa powder for rolling

Combine whipping cream, Irish cream, and coffee liqueur. Stir in instant coffee crystals; set aside.

Melt chocolate and butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; gradually stir in cream mixture until blended.

Transfer to a bowl; cover tightly and chill about 2 hours until completely cool and smooth, stirring occasionally.

Shape tablespoons of candy into balls. Roll each in cocoa powder.
