- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can of enchilada sauce
- 2 or 3 regular jars of salsa (If you want it spicy you can put a chipotle chili or two
- in the sauce )
- Take meat out and shred. Stir box of instant rice into salsa, let cook, and you
- have a rice dish!

Cook on high for 5 hours when chicken is frozen.

Serve the chicken on tortillas with whatever toppings you'd like!
