- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 0.8 cup diced bell pepper, green AND red if possible
- 0.8 cup diced onion
- 1 package brown gravy, dry
- 4 to 6 medium red or round white potatoes, diced, about 4 cups
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- can whole kernel corn, drained (or
- 2 cup frozen)
- 1 can creamed corn, 15 oz
- salt and pepper to taste
- Brown ground beef with diced peppers and onion. Drain well. Place ground beef
- mixture in crackpot. Toss diced potato with melted butter to coat and add to
- crackpot; add whole kernel corn and creamed corn. Salt and pepper to taste.
