Chili-Roni
Hearty skillet casserole combining ground beef, chili seasoning, tomatoes, and elbow macaroni. Top with shredded cheddar cheese to serve.

- 1 package chili seasoning mix (1.25 oz)
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 0.5 cup onion, chopped
- 0.5 cup green bell pepper, chopped (optional)
- 14 0.5 oz can tomatoes, chopped
- 0.8 cup water
- 2 cup elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain fat.

Stir in chili seasoning mix, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, and water.

Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes.

Add cooked macaroni and simmer 5 more minutes.
