- 0.5 cup dried beef
- 1 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 0.5 cup Macaroni
- 0.3 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 3 cup water

Bring to boil. Add 1 1/2 cups noodles and simmer 15 min. When done, stir in 1/3 cup powder milk and 4 T. margarine. Top with parmesan cheese or cheddar.
