Chili Dog Casserole

Hot dogs and canned chili layered over torn hot dog buns, topped with onion, mustard, and melted cheddar — a kid-friendly crowd pleaser.

  • 8 whole hot dog buns
  • 8 whole hot dogs
  • 15 oz can chili
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp prepared mustard
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

    Tear up the hot dog buns and arrange pieces in the bottom of the dish evenly.

    Slice hot dogs into bite-size pieces and layer over the buns.

    Pour chili over the hot dogs, sprinkle with chopped onion, then spread mustard over the chili.
