Chili Corn Sauce

Spicy sauce with chili and corn.

  • 2 cup Corn kernels
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin
  • 0.3 cup Vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped

Instructions

    Heat butter in a saucepan.

    Saute garlic for 1 minute.

    Add chili powder and cumin; toast for 30 seconds.

    Add corn and stock.

    Simmer for 8-10 minutes until corn is tender.

    Add lime juice, salt, and pepper.

    Top with cilantro.

    Serve warm.
