Chili-Baked Fries

Crispy oven-baked potato wedges coated in chili powder, garlic, onion, mustard, and cayenne — a spiced-up alternative to regular fries.

  • 4 whole baking potatoes
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp seasoning salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 0.5 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Scrub potatoes. Leaving skins on, cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges.

    Rinse under cold water to remove starch. Pat dry.

    In a very large bowl, mix all remaining ingredients. Add potatoes and toss to coat.

    Place on a rimmed baking sheet.

    Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for about 45-50 minutes or until crisp and browned, tossing twice during cooking.
