Chiles Rellenos Casserole

  • 14 oz canned whole green chiles, seeded (2 cans)
  • 0.5 lb Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 0.5 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 cup evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    In a 12x8-inch baking dish, layer green chiles, Cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
