  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 can cooked peas, drained
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 3 slices cheese
  • Tomato slices

Instructions

    COMBINE soup, milk, seasonings

    ADD chicken, peas, corn and rice

    TURN into 1 1/2 quart casserole

  4. 4

    TOP with cheese slices and tomatoes

  5. 5

    BAKE at 350°F for 30 minutes
