- For the glaze:
- 3 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 1/3 cup scallions, thinly sliced
