Chicken Tenders with Dipping Sauce

  • 3 lb chicken tenders
  • 3 piece eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cup bread crumbs
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 18 oz barbecue sauce

Instructions

    Heat oven to 375°F.

    Combine eggs and water. Dip chicken tenders into egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs.

    Place on baking dish and bake for 50 minutes until cooked through and golden.

    In small bowl combine barbecue sauce and sour cream. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

    Arrange tenders on platter with dipping sauce on the side.
