Chicken Salad with Grapes Walnuts

- 4 cup cubed (1/2-inch) cooked chicken (about 1 3/4 lbs)
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1 rib celery, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices (1 cup)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped shallot
- 2 cup halved seedless red grapes
- 0.8 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp tarragon vinegar
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh tarragon
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper

Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl until combined well.
