Chicken Salad with Grapes Walnuts

  • 4 cup cubed (1/2-inch) cooked chicken (about 1 3/4 lbs)
  • 1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1 rib celery, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices (1 cup)
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped shallot
  • 2 cup halved seedless red grapes
  • 0.8 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh tarragon
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl until combined well.
