- 1 cup sliced celery
- 0.5 cup chopped onion
- 3 tbsp butter
- 0 cup mayonnaise
- 0 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 each chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 2 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions

Sauté the celery and onion in the butter.

Pour into a large mixing bowl.

Add remaining ingredients.

Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
