Chicken Salad Bake

  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 0 cup mayonnaise
  • 0 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 each chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 2 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

    Sauté the celery and onion in the butter.

    Pour into a large mixing bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
