  • 3 each T. packed light brown sugar
  • 1 each T. Dijon-style mustard
  • 4 each skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 3 each C. hot cooked rice

Instructions

    Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard.

    Place chicken breasts in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.

    Pour mixture over chicken.

  4. 4

    Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

    Serve over rice.
