Chicken Pasta Salad

Steak-sauce-marinated grilled chicken with fusilli pasta, Vidalia onion, avocado, and cherry tomatoes in a creamy ranch dressing.

  • 2 whole boneless chicken breasts
  • 0.8 cup steak sauce
  • 12 oz fusilli pasta
  • 1 Vidalia onion, diced
  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup ranch-style salad dressing

    Marinate chicken in steak sauce for 15-60 minutes. Grill until cooked through; chop into bite-size pieces.

    Cook pasta in boiling water with 2 chicken bouillon cubes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
