- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp shallot, diced fine
- 0.5 tsp garlic, crushed
- 8 whole mushrooms, sliced
- 0.5 cup Marsala wine
- 0.5 cup beef demi-glace
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp black pepper

In a hot pan, sauté the sliced chicken breast in butter or olive oil until cooked through.

Add chopped shallots, garlic, and sliced mushrooms.

Stir in Marsala wine and demi-glace.
