Chicken Marsala

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp shallot, diced fine
  • 0.5 tsp garlic, crushed
  • 8 whole mushrooms, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Marsala wine
  • 0.5 cup beef demi-glace
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.3 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    In a hot pan, sauté the sliced chicken breast in butter or olive oil until cooked through.
