- 0.3 cup cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp prepared coarse-ground mustard
- 3 whole cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 whole lime, juiced
- 0.5 whole lemon, juiced
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 1 0.5 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
- 6 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

In a large nonreactive container, mix cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, and salt.

Whisk in olive oil and pepper. Place chicken in the mixture; cover and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Place chicken on the prepared grill and cook 10 minutes per side, until no longer pink and juices run clear.
